Refund Policy

At Lovr Kitchen, we aim to provide our students with a valuable and enjoyable learning experience. We understand that plans can change, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.

Class Cancellations by Lovr Kitchen

If Lovr Kitchen must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness, low enrollment, or extreme weather), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future class at no additional cost.

Student Cancellations

Classes and Workshops: Classes may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled class with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class are non-refundable but may be eligible for a class credit, subject to availability. No refunds for NO show. 

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to process.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates and class credits are non-refundable and may be used toward any available class, however, signup is still required. Gift Certificates must be used within one year from the issue date.
