Welcome to Lovr Kitchen! By accessing and using our website, services, and enrolling in our classes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

Lovr Kitchen welcomes participants of all backgrounds, skill levels, and abilities. Most classes are designed for individuals aged 13 and older, with select youth classes available for younger participants when accompanied by a parent or guardian. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment and encourage anyone with specific needs or questions about accessibility to contact us for assistance.

2. Registration and Payments

Enrollment: Your spot in a class is confirmed once full payment has been received. Lovr Kitchen reserves the right to cancel registration if payment has not been made in full.

3. Class Changes and Cancellations

• Lovr Kitchen Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule.
• Student Cancellations: Cancellations made within the timeframes specified in our Refund Policy will be eligible for refunds or credits as outlined.

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and accept that cooking and baking involve certain risks, including but not limited to injuries from knives, hot surfaces, and food preparation. You agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during classes and release Lovr Kitchen, its employees, and instructors from liability, except in cases of gross negligence. 

5. Health and Safety

For your safety and the safety of others:

• Allergies: Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before attending class. While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, cross-contamination is possible.
• Health Conditions: Do not attend in-person classes if you are unwell. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any student showing symptoms of illness.
• To ensure everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that minors are not left unsupervised at the ranch due to potential hazards. Students must be 13 years or older and accompanied by an adult. Please note, we are unable to provide childcare on the premises. Thank you for your understanding!

6. Code of Conduct

Lovr Kitchen is a welcoming and inclusive space. We ask all students to conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and individuals may be asked to leave without a refund.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites and encourage you to review their terms independently.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Oregon. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Oregon.
